About this deal

We choose to sell British pellets made locally from virgin timber because we don’t believe pellets should be transported internationally. We have plenty of wood here in the UK and we want to provide you with fuel for your pizza oven that has a low carbon and environmental footprint. Our pellets have been used by customers – and us – for many years, and give brilliant results and flavour.

A 200ml bottle of FireDragon is enough to light your pizza about a dozen times. Why British wood pellets? Cordierite stone baking board – absorbs and retains heat and soaks up moisture to ensure crispy-based deliciousness. And at 33cm Sq. it’s easily big enough to cook a 12" pizza. The cleanup of the oven was pretty easy as well. I basically just let the heat rip, then took a ball of wet paper towel in tongs and wiped the stone clean. The high heat made any grime come right up.
