About this deal

About the product: I have been using this device for about a month. There is one recurring problem: When the power bank is fully charged at 100%, I plug in my phone (Galaxy A22). As the phone is charged the power bank battery indicator shows battery percentage reduces at a steady rate. The power bank is supposed to be able to charge my phone twice before requiring recharged. After charging my phone the first time, the indicator shows it has 45% of battery left. When I charge the phone the second time, the last 20% of the battery in the power bank completely drains in a few minutes. My phone only gets charged about 50% the second time. In other words, the power bank holds less than 80% of the battery. Basically the device I received is defective. Ultra-High Cell Capacity: The massive 20,000mAh cell capacity provides 5 charges for iPhone 14, more than 4 full charges for Samsung Galaxy S10, and over 2 and a half charges for iPad mini 5. It's a charming look though the plastic case can't help but feel a little less premium than some of the other devices on this list. Still it feels sturdy and has a nice bright set of lights on the side so you can always see how much power you've got left in it. Overall, the size of the iMuto is not that large we would even say that it’s compact just as a lower capacity portable charger is. With that said, if you’re charging a single device, you’ll be getting about 18,000mAh and if 2 devices are being charged at once, then you can expect a power capacity of 16,000mAh.

Like charging most smartphones about 5 times or more. Tabletsare going to charge fully but fewer times with tablets like the iPad Mini 2 and 4; but they’re going to manage about 1.5 charges because the charging speed of tablets is faster and as a result, more power capacity is lost. Devices Charge Your Phone up to 55% in 30 Mins:imuto X20 power bank 22.5W output plus the latest PD3.0 & QC4.0 fast-charge technologies, your phone can be charged at 55% in just 30 minutes. If, like me, you're constantly low on battery – and manically texting friends to let them know that you're about to completely run out of juice – then you may be in need of a power bank or portable charger to keep your smart phones, tablets, laptops and other devices up and running on the go For now, though, charging 2 smartphones; or 1 tablet and a smartphone won’t pose any charging speed complications. The Juice Power Station boasts a lithium battery with a charging capacity of 11,200mAh. For me, that's plenty: enough juice to provide more than six smartphone charges, or fully charge an iPad Air. If you need more power on your weekend away, you might need to do something about your screen usage...Considering that today's kids are probably more interested in an iPad than a remote control car, it seems an ideal way of Duracell bringing their brand a bit further into the future. It's still working just as well as it did when I first bought it. I've been so happy with it we decided to buy another one for our upcoming Disney trip. I definitely recommend this charger to anyone who asks! Another use of the power button is to turn on the flashlight by holding it down to turn it on and then holding it down again to turn it off.

Switching off data usage for apps you don't need will save your battery as well as your data usage. Nothing special about the build, with it being made out of plastic, it’s solid but don’t drop it since it’s heavy. It has quite a few safety tech features but it doesn’t stop charging automatically even though it says it does. Why we like it: The Daddy of the power banks we reviewed. Powerful, well designed, not too heavy, and brilliantly priced. The iMuto takes a little bit of a different path when it comes to its design because most high capacity portable chargers take the long length kind of form factor but the iMuto is more short and stubby. The functional components are easy to find and use; the portable charger makes use of very modern design features that puts it up there with Anker and Aukey’s portable chargers as well. It takes around three hours to charge from empty (considerably less time than the Juice Power Station), and once charged, Belkin says its tests show that charge will not diminish by more than 50pc even after a year’s time left dormant – all very impressive, and useful. The two USB ports mean that you can charge two devices at once. It offers pass-through charging and cleverly, the efficient circuitry prioritizes charging your connected device first and then funnels the extra energy to your IonBank itself at the same time, so you get the optimum run time out of the time you have spent plugged in.

It’s a small high capacity portable charger but don’t let that fool you because the weight is 1 pound. Another point of difference which makes the Moshi IonSlim 10k stand out as are the battery's lithium-polymer cells, which have no ‘memory effect’ (an effect observed in some rechargeable batteries that causes them to hold less charge over time, because the battery appears to "remember" a smaller capacity). You can charge the IonSlim as frequently as you wish; it should stand the test of time. But what does make it seem large is the weight at 1 pound. It’s a heavy power bank that may look small but it’s going to be cumbersome to carry around and as result, you’re going to want to set it down if you want to use it. This year, a team at the University of Texas at Dallas published findings in the journal Nature Nanotechnology to show that they will soon be commercially viable, since molybdenum – a metallic element often used to strengthen and harden steel – can be combined with sulphur to improve stability and compensate for poor conductivity. Wide Compatibility: portable power bank with 22.5W high-speed output can charge all the existing iPad, virtually any mobile device including phones, tablets, and more.

Functional Components

The most notable feature is the LED display that shows the power capacity in a numeric value and this is on top of the power bank. Another cool fact about Duracell's offering is that even the biggest is only 203g, considerably lighter than comparable products which is nice. But which one is best? I tried a range of power banks at festivals, on camping trips and flights, as well as during the course of my everyday routine, and reviewed them with the size, weight, charging speed, ease of use and the warranty in mind. The output of this power bank isn’t bad at all, but it could be better with a max output of 4.8A and that would then allow 2 tablets to charge at their max speeds. Meanwhile, lithium-sulphur batteries might be a more practical stepping stone: they’re less expensive to make, weigh less and store almost twice the energy of lithium-ion batteries, and are better for the environment. However, sulphur is a poor electrical conductor, so the technology still needs developing.

Wise deployment of airplane mode – when you're watching a set, sleeping or charging – will go a long way. There are two payoff to all this. The first is that the product is more complicated to use than the Power Station or Belkin – you need to take care to get the right cable in the right slot (an exhaustive instruction manual makes this easy, if somewhat time consuming, to learn). The power capacity of the iMuto power bank is 20,000mAh and you can expect a pretty close Output capacity near the same since the charging speed isn’t that fast.
