This cookbook is an evolution of Mob. You spoke, we listened, and we’ve created an entire cookbook of recipes that focus on the good stuff without compromising on flavour. Don’t get us wrong, we’re big fans of indulgence every now and again, but life’s all about balance. And nothing beats the satisfaction of eating something that’s super tasty which just also happens to be good for you. As a team, that’s the sort of food we cook on a day-to-day basis. Because as much as we do love a carbonara, having it every day of the week would probably be overkill. Working alongside nutritionist Lucy Sommer, we’ve established our own fresh criteria with a focus on balance and flexibility at the core. This, for us, is a much more realistic and honest stance on how people really eat. We know that sometimes wholemeal just won’t cut it and that some crust ciabatta rolls are exactly what you’re after.
