Lithofin KF Cement Residue Remover dissolves organic deposits such as cement and mortar residues, residues of flexible grouting materials, efflorescence, rust and calcium deposits. The dirt can then be completely removed from the surface.

An acid replacement cleaning solution that helps to remove cement, grout and salt residues. Suitable for porcelain and all unpolished natural stone. Does not aggravate or affect naturally occurring iron deposits in natural stones. Dilute Lithofin KF Cement Residue Remover approx. 1:4 with water depending on the stubbornness of the deposits. Apply the solution to the wet surface and spread with a mop, white pad or scrubbing brush. Redistribute several times. After 10 minutes, brush the surface and rinse the solution with a sponge or a wet and dry vac. Rinse well with clear water. In case of cement based grouting materials, the dilution rate can be adjusted to 1:15. Softens the residue left by jointing compounds and grouts, making removal from the surface of the paving much easier.Removes stubborn cement and mortar residues from all types of porous and non-porous tiles How to use Biostrip Concrete Remover Surface preparation: Ensure that the surface to be treated is completely clean and free from any dirt and dust before application. Where necessary wash the areas first with NCC Grime Remover, rinse well with clean water and allow time to fully dry. As with all paving cleaning and surface treatments, we strongly recommend that you always test NCC Cement, Grout & Salts Residue Remover on an inconspicuous area prior to its general use. Always mask and protect any adjacent areas and materials that are not being treated with the product. Repeat as necessary on any heavily stained areas, then allow to dry again and if required for overall cleaning and consistency, give the surfaces a final treatment with a more dilute solution of NCC Cement, Grout & Salts Residue Remover, this time diluted 1 to 5 with clean water, leave for an hour or so and finally rinse thoroughly with clean water by appropriate hose / jet washing.

Please Note: not suitable for polished and finely honed limestone and marble as well as engineered stone. Lithofin KF Cement Residue Remover is a highly active cleaning concentrate based on a special composition of acids and supporting agents. It is nearly odourless and does not develop any vapours. Allow all dirt and residue to soften before washing away with clean water/pressure washer. The residue can be disposed of as household waste. Allow the NCC Cement, Grout & Salts Residue Remover solution to work and react for around one hour at 20°C, do not allow to dry out. After one hour, or if it starts to dry out, re-apply and this time leave and allow to work for around half a day to a day, approximately 12 to 24 hours, then pressure hose / jet wash off with clean water. Please Note: always test the product in an inconspicuous area prior to use. Lithofin CEMENT-AWAY is not suitable for acid sensitive surfaces such as enamel, zinc, chrome,stainless steel, polished marble and limestone, certain decorative tiles, lacquer, etc. Sensitive materials can be damaged by vapours. Always ensure good ventilation during and after use.Iron containing natural stones such as serizzo can develop yellow discolouration (rust) and should therefore be treated with Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean to avoid this effect. For indoor use, we recommend Lithofin KF Cement Residue Remover for ceramics and Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean for natural stones. Dilute NCC Cement, Grout & Salts Residue Remover 1:1 with clean cold water and apply liberally on the affected surfaces using a low-pressure spray unit or with a suitable brush. Safe to use around plants and metals. This product is fully biodegradable and is one of the safest acid-based cleaners on the market. With a powerful but fume free formula, this product is safe to use indoors as well as outdoors.Biostrip Concrete Remover rapidly removes concrete splashes and stains. Allow to dry again and then give the surfaces a final treatment with a more dilute solution of NCC Cement, Grout & Salts Residue Remover, this time diluted 1 to 5 with clean water, leave for a further 12 to 24 hours and finally rinse thoroughly with clean water by appropriate hose / jet washing. Allow the grout time to initially set and become firm in the grout joints. Always follow the grout manufacturer’s instructions but generally it’s around 15 to 30 minutes. Step 2 Ordinary cleaning won’t effectively remove grout haze.
