About this deal

Between those points and the video, that probably covers most of our first impressions on the adidas NitroCharge 1.0. Seeing as I am a more offensively minded player, I have been sitting on this review for a longer period than I normally would, in an effort to really get a feel for how they perform over time and in an extended period of play. An ultra light adidas SprintFrame outsole with a triangular Traxion 2.0 stud configuration provides these football boots with maximum traction and acceleration on artificial grass. The chassis continues the adidas stable theme of utilising the SprintFrame and Traxion stud shapes, with a soleplate pattern almost identical to that of the F50 or Predator. Ah yes, speaking of all those components, here’s the downside: it seems each and every one of them is designed to put your cleaning skills to the test.

Would I Buy? If I were on a budget absolutely! However, my introduction to the series has further piqued my curiosity about the Nitrocharge 1.0. The Adidas Nitrocharge 2.0, is the mid-tier release in the Nitrocharge silo. The concept itself should be up for innovation of the year in the soccer world in my opinion. Thanks to the boss (cheers boss), I’ve been closing out the outdoor season up here in the Great White North in them. Given that the Nitrocharge silo is designed for the player who is “the engine” of a soccer team and given that the boot I was testing is the second tier release (falls under the category: Economical), I was curious if the boot would be “the economy engine”. And, of course, there’s the EnergyPulse– the ECG-inspired reenforcement to the soleplate is more immediately rigid than any other adidas boot with a SprintFrame.Featuring a redesigned and larger rubber Energysling, the Nitrocharge 1.0 FG delivers optimal stability and elasticity while the Energypulse outsole element enables higher energy output. How adidas have managed to get a boot with so many components to look so unified in style and theme is completely beyond me. Created by adidas for the engine, the player that fuels the team with relentless intensity from start to finish, these Nitrocharge 1.0 AG football boots boost every move on firm ground with extra energy. The nitrocharge 2.0 is the down graded version of the 1.0 boot and is seen as a boot for the club or social level player. The unique ENERGYPULSE and hybridtouch technologies are absent in this boot but it does feature a TPU ENERGYSLING offering superb stability. The upper is an all-synthetic leather material featuring a super strong mesh layer concept in the rearfoot area providing great comfort and feel and it also has the TRAXION 2.0 stud configuration seen on all the nitrocharge ranges. Nitrocharge 3.0

Inside the boot, Adidas use a material with a sort of suede feel. It is very soft to the touch and makes the boots very nice to slip into. Definitely makes the Notrocharge one of those boots you could wear bare-feet without stressing about any areas that might rub or cause problems. Category:Even if Adidas categorizes them as the “Engine”, I see them as a boot styled toward Control. However, adidas are clearly getting more comfortable with pushing the designs of their revolutionary traction plate, with the adidas NitroCharge 1.0 boasting a nifty pair of transparent studs under the metatarsal.Attention Wide-Footed Players: You’re going to want to listen up, here: If you’re wondering whether the NitroCharge will stretch to accomodate your hooves, the answer is basically no.

For example, if the band is intended to improve lateral movements, shouldn’t it run right across the forefoot keeping your foot in place? Instead, there is 80% separation across the lace region, with only a small layer attaching boot sides of the boot. I received a lot of questions about how it impacted shot power and if that was one of its purposes. With all the questions in mind, I’m just going to write my exact experience with it and whether it adheres to Adidas specifications or not is arbitrary. This is simply what you can expect from my personal viewpoint.A new soccer cleat silo designed to retain energy, improve lateral movement, sharpen on field reactions, deliver added sprinting power and increase protection specifically for players who are tirelessly on the move.

After having a chance to wear the NitroCharge 1.0 for a few weeks, we’re certainly impressed with what seems to be one of adidas’ best all-around boot launches in quite some time.An ultra light adidas SprintFrame outsole with a triangular Traxion 2.0 stud configuration provides these football boots with maximum traction and acceleration on firm ground. Even with a pretty consistent base, Adidas has modified several key elements of these boots to really differentiate them from other releases, and in turn that has affected how they break in. For example, the soleplate is the same one used on all other modern Adidas releases – except this one features EnergyPulse technology built into the sole. Its purpose is to provide rebound (you can read more about that in the section below) but it starts out extremely stiff. Bending the boots actually proves extremely difficult to do and that transcends into play. It took a few wears before they loosened up to a more natural state, but even at that they still help a stiff feel that Adidas has intended. Note: Due to the way adidas manufactured these boots you may see some small fibres and/or glue marks on the upper. They Have a Forgiving Fit– Rather than the technology restricting fit like the elements on the Predator LZ, the NitroCharge 1.0‘s main features actually make them easier to mould to your feet.
