At first sight it may look a little bare and not what you expect from Samsonite. There is a rationale behind this…weight saving. Most interiors are lined for visual purposes only. They serve little function in terms of comfort or protection.

The suitcase also has a rubber frame gasket. This was integrated into its build to make the suitcase as waterproof as possible. The rubber gasket also repels any dirt and moisturethat tries to get into your suitcase, so you can have some peace of mind knowing that your possessions will stay dry and clean no matter what. The pull handle is as you would expect from Samsonite. Strong and robust. It is secure and the movement up and down is very smooth.I include this section in the review because design can facilitate good capacity. In this case, the design is good and does not intrude on the interior capacity. I will cover the reasons in more details below but to give you a taster of what to expect, here is why this range is different. With engraving, you can add your name or a personal message of up to 25 characters onto the metal of the suitcase handle. Engraving is available in different fonts.

It is an extension to the S’Cure range and is the premium version. It has a soft touch handle and chrome accents. How long is the Samsonite warranty?The wheels are small, tough and move in any direction. If you have not had a Samsonite Spinner before, then give it a (literal) twirl… S’Cure cases will spin around 360 degrees.

Thank you for taking the time to read this Samsonite S’Cure review. This was an interesting review for me…something different for a change. Having reviewed hundreds of suitcases over the years, something a little different can peak my curiosity. Samsonite make great products…and if they aren’t great, at minimum they are good. They use excellent materials with excellent build quality…they are very consistent with this.While by no means lightweight, I found them reasonably weighted when you take the toughness of the shell into account. There are plenty of flimsy no-name alternatives which are over 4kg for a medium. S’Cure cases are built from Flowlite Polypropylene. These weights are based on the nicer DLX versions with upgraded interiors.
