This product worked better for me than Glucosamine and I shall continue to use it, it reduces the pain but is not a complete cure for the osteoarthritis.

I find that Regenovex one a day capsules help my joint pain and stiffness and although they don’t stop the pain completely they do make enough of a difference so that I don’t like to let them run out. The capsules are pleasant to take: not too big and they easily slip down. I could take them without water if necessary. I’ve also tried out the gel since and that seemed to ease a few aches I was experiencing in my hands. This product rubs in easily and is non greasy with a pleasant smell. I’ve been using it for a while now for painful finger joints and find it really helps the pain. Would recommend it for anyone with arthritis or sore joints who are not getting much relief from heat or cold sprays.
