It can take some practice to understand exactly when is the best time to diffuse the formula without moving it too much, but once you get it, it’s incredibly easy to work with. You can also apply it in a precise line and let it set down if you prefer a more clean, defined look. While I don’t wear eyeliner on my waterline due to personal preference, I have several friends who have raved about how well this liner glides on and stays put in the area. So, the versatility in terms of how you can wear it is entirely up to you. Always use a freshly sharpened eye pencil in the inner corner of eyes, but dull the tip a bit with your finger. This keeps everything sanitary and safe. Then, just lightly pencil in color along the inner corners. Because that stretch of skin is naturally wet, color won't adhere the same way it does to say, the upper lash line. But after a few strokes you'll have gorgeous definition. A little goes a long way.You can also use white eyeliner to make your eyes look bigger! To achieve this effect, line your lower waterline with a white eyeliner and it will make the eyes seem wider and more open. One thing to note is that some shades are slightly less pigmented than others. For example, I’ve noticed that Fig and Gold Lamé take some building up, while the other colors deliver full pigment in just one swipe. MAC Buried Treasure is a cool-toned brown with olive green shimmer. It is a little darker than MAC Uniform. Whereas dark eyeliner acts as a picture frame, defining the edges of your eyes, white eyeliner acts as a blank sheet of paper, keeping the possibilities open and edges fresh. Aesthetically speaking, white eyeliner is incredibly edgy and reads 100% modern and cool. shu uemura ME Khaki 09 Drawing Pencil is a khaki green with a tarnished gold sheen. It is a hair darker than Make Up For Ever’s #5L.

To apply, take a clean, freshly sharpened pencil and gently glide it along the waterline, from the inner to the outer corner. While red-based hues are great for green eyes, purple-based colors also make a fantastic choice. Purple eyeliner, in hues such as amethyst, aubergine, plum, and violet will work best for green eyes.
