About this deal

Just by first glance, this ring is made of cheap…” The man was at a loss for words right before he finished his sentence and suddenly went silent. His eyes dilated as if he had seen something incredible. Blondina was so surprised by his reaction that her eyes followed his every movement. However, Blondina's new life is not all roses. Between being forced to hide her humble origins and tolerating the disparaging behavior of her half-siblings, Blondina feels as lonely as she was before. When she meets an injured talking kitten, she is happy to finally have found someone to befriend. However, the animal is no ordinary creature; his real identity is Amon Akin—the most powerful member of the Great Divine Leopard clan. As it turns out, this heirloom is proof of Blondina’s royal lineage, and she’s soon whisked away to the royal palace where she meets her father—the Emperor of Ates. Despite her new circumstances, Blondina finds her life isn’t much better—her step-siblings berate and bully her, and although she learns proper etiquette, her father insists she is to be seen and not heard. The questionably named Blondina is an 11-year-old girl who’s been abused and beaten, living as the mere property of a commoner since her mother’s passing. Afraid for her life, Blondina escapes and attempts to pawn her only worldly possession—a ring her mother left her, the only connection she has to her absentee father. Food - We cannot ship any food products which are easily spoiled or require storage at a low temperature e.g. meat, dairy.

Blondina found herself at the top of the feudal lord’s castle. She slowly looked around the room while walking over the lavish carpet and carefully laid her body on the luxurious bed. She was still in disbelief at what was happening. Never in her life had she imagined herself sleeping in a room in a castle. So I completed the series, overall it wasn't too bad a read for me. It wasn't deep, engaging or amazing in anyway. But it was fun to watch all of the light hearted cuddling. The story suffers from poor build up and execution but over all I think I could recommend this to someone. On that note, the characters are much like the plot. Because they aren't given the opportunity to grow and overcome trials, they are also very bland. Amon is an unconvincing love interest. I don't believe the romance at all. Bridey...or Blondina...IDEK anymore, the translations always seem to change their names. But then again, that's not the author's fault. Anyhow, Blondina is equally as bland but she's even worse cause there's nothingcoolabout her. She's got no powers, she can't turn into an animal, she doesn't seem to have any emotions other than being content and "pleasant" which is fake and completely not like a human. People are MEANT to experience emotions! Joy, anger, disappointment, lust, fear, pride...these are all emotions everyone is SUPPOSED to experience regularly. To make a character so "pleasant" and like a saintess is bad. I don't understand authors that do this. When you strip away everything that makes a person human then they are just an empty shell. There's nothing to see. With the ring in her hand, Blondina turned toward the window in her room and watched the sun slowly set into the horizon. The fields outside turned orange as the sky darkened. Caught by such incredible scenery, she slowly drifted away to daydreaming. For the rest of the world: For most countries, we use DHL Worldwide Express or FedEx. The average transit time is 5-7 working days. With the peace treaty between humans and leopards hanging by a thread, will their blossoming relationship change things for the better—or for the worse?

You useless brat! I took you in with plain generosity, and this is how you repay me? The least you can do is be of some use!” Then, Blondina meets Amon—a talking cat who can transform into a bedazzling young boy. Amon is a Divine Leopard, part of a race of fierce monsters that have long despised the royal family and humanity in general. Blessed with enhanced strength and power, even child leopards like Amon pose a significant threat—but Amon takes a shine to Blondina, and begins living with her. Despite his aloof personality, this little kitty brightens up Blondina’s world and gives her a much-needed ally. Set in a dynasty plagued by strange, magical creatures, this is a Cinderella story unlike any you’ve ever read before. Blondina is beautiful and kind, but she wasn’t born into privilege. When her estranged father discovers that she is his daughter, he offers to move her into the royal palace—with strings attached. Her only consolation is Amon, a supernatural creature who has proved himself a faithful and trustworthy companion. Together, Blondina and Amon begin to challenge the age-old divide between humans and beasts. My Gently Raised Beast doesn’t have the most auspicious of starts; if you’ve read any shoujo or josei fantasy drama in the last few years, the opening beats will be awfully familiar. As she watched the man raise his hand once more, the girl clenched her teeth and closed her eyes tight. She felt the blow to her head when she closed her eyes. Soon enough, the blood from her nose stained her clothing bloodred.

My Gently Raised Beast Chapter 49: Episode 49

The girl’s name was Blondina. She’d worked as a clerk at the inn since her mother passed away. Her life at the inn was arduous. Her hands were swollen from the tedious work, and she was often bullied for being clumsy. However, as an orphan, she had no better choice. It was either this or being sold to an old pedophile. The man slowly turned to his servant after letting the parrot fly away and brushing off the remaining birdseed on his hand. As he lowered his indifferent face, the sunlight vibrantly shined down, giving light to his beauty.

Sir?” Blondina quietly called him, staring blankly at the closed door, but he was nowhere to be found. She was now left alone in the dark room with only the dim lights of the candle surrounding her.The cultural differences are hinted at from time to time, but are never really explored which would have been interesting to see the couple trying to adapt to each others cultures and the awkwardness of it all. Instead everything remains surface based and we don't really learn much about the sacred beast. Some beast appeared without stones in their foreheads, are they sacred, can they talk? Some wolves appeared too, are they sacred as well? No idea. Blondina felt her heart flutter. She couldn’t stop feeling guilty for breaking her last promise to her mother. Fortunately, the storytelling is much better done in the novel, with the plot points better fleshed out and explained without feeling like an exposition dump. I suppose it's just the difference you'd typically expect from a novel's adaptation. This was it. She finally decided to put her survival before a ring left behind by her father, who had done nothing but abandon her and her mother.

Yes the translation gets bad but you shouldn’t judge it by that, after all there’s only small snippets of it that have the bad translations to begin with. There’s a short segment in the middle and a short one at the end. Besides I’m here to judge the story and overall entertainment I received from this. So here it is.

You do look just like your mother,” the man said. He finally showed some sign of emotion only after he finished observing her face. His clear, sharp eyes stared right at Blondina’s. The art direction in this is not very good either, with many scenes feeling like a jerky car ride. You get random time skip scenes that are not portrayed well, then you get scenes where you can't tell if the characters are just cuddling all night long or actually doing the devils tango all night. I'm not saying things need to be explicitly shown, but other stories pan to a flower falling or something to inform the audience of what is about to or is happening. This story doesn't tell you anything. Ughhh...the story started out fine. Really, it did. But things really started to get tremendously tedious halfway through because there's no character development whatsoever in the 2 main leads! The romance is odd. The relationship between the FL and ML is like between a brother and sister almost. Except, every once in a while, Amon goes a bit haywire and starts acting like a love interest. Instead of answering, the man continued to examine the features of her face, intrigued by her attitude. Her blond hair and her beautiful, sparkling eyes. Her gray and crystal-clear eyes reflected her upright character. Her mother was widely known for her beauty. Even the aristocrats admired her blond hair and beautiful eyes.
