Overall, extremely happy I went with the LOL dollhouse vs others. I was able to catch it on sale that made it comparable in cost to the KidKraft ones. Read the directions for assembling the house BEFORE attempting to put it together. Assembly is complicated! Another great feature is its interactivity. The set includes a number of interactive elements, including a working elevator, a pool that fills with water, and a working toilet that makes flushing sounds. These features make the dollhouse feel more like a real house, and provide children with hours of imaginative playtime. The first floor of the house has 2 rooms: a living room and an eat-in kitchen. The second floor has a bedroom and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads from the second floor to the third floor. On the third floor, your little one will find the dressing room (the box calls it a walk-in closet) that can double as a second bedroom and rooftop patio. On the very top, your little one will find the helipad (assume an LOL doll helicopter is in the works). L.O.L. Surprise! OMG House of Surprises is a fun and interactive toy set that is sure to delight children who are fans of the L.O.L. Surprise! franchise. The set includes a large, multi-level dollhouse that is filled with surprises and interactive elements. Cups, plates, kitchen utensils, and food. Ever since LOL Surprise! dolls came out we have been wondering WHERE they are going to live. We’ve cobbled together doll scenes from shoe boxes, plastic bins, and Barbie dream houses. We even made one from the IKEA wooden dollhouse. Your little one’s LOL Surprise Doll House should be easy to clean and maintain. The laminated wood shouldn’t scratch or stain easily.
Here’s what you may have seen on the box or in pictures that DOES NOT come with the LOL Surprise Doll House: NEW MULTI-STORY HOUSE: The brand new, beautiful LOL Surprise OMG House of Surprises measures 4 feet tall by 4 feet wide with 4 stories and 10 rooms, including a bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, pool, rooftop patio, movie theater, diner and more. Fits LOL Surprise dolls and OMG fashion dolls. Fortunately, instructions, tools, and screws are included in the box. We do recommend also having your own Phillips head screwdriver. One of the standout features is the level of detail and thought that has gone into its design. The dollhouse is colorful and vibrant, with each level featuring its own unique theme and set of surprises. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything from tiny accessories to interactive furniture pieces included in the set.

One big difference, Home Sweet Home comes with 1 OMG doll, not the family of tots and lil sisters. If your little one has been waiting to try out OMG dolls, this is her chance! If you need to wash the house for some reason, use a little bit of liquid dish soap mixed with warm water. Rinse with cold water. I have a really hard time believing this is real wood. Scratch that. It's probably real wood but it is like pressed and layered wood pulp or something, something you will notice while building. Extremely close to particle board. We watched the video and used that as a guide while also utilizing the instructions. Be very very careful when you're putting this together because there is no reinforcement to the holes and we broke the walls a little bit when we tried to stand it (per the video)- super glue fixed it. Took about an hour and a half to assemble the house and the slide itself took an additional 45. The pieces to the slide didn't fit together like they were supposed to, and if that's how they were supposed to, it was an extremely tight fit that makes you think twice. Ask your little one to go play somewhere else before you get started. Having a little one buzzing around is likely to distract, pressure, and frustrate you. I know it did for me! Dust the house at least once a month. You should be able to use an oil-free furniture spray with no problem.Despite the items it doesn’t include, the LOL Surprise Doll House has so many details for you, your little one, and other LOL doll lovers to discover. The makers of LOL dolls, MGA Entertainment, included details in everything from the decor to the doll accessories. Assembly should take between 15 minutes (if you LOVE putting together furniture) and 1 hour. However, we have heard of some people taking as long as 1.5 hours to put it together. Stay strong…you only have to assemble it once. Again, be sure to open everything carefully so you can reuse the cardboard boxes and your little one can get even more play out of the LOL dollhouse. 4. The huge LOL dollhouse has 3 stories and 6 rooms.
