If you are having any difficulty connecting the GamePad with your Legends product, below are some things you can do that should correct the problem. The Common Tasks guide was updated with a section which describes how to use the SD Memory Card formatter here. Had a few viewers that requested how to do this, so added this section.

Legends Pinball Micro VIBS– You’ll need this specific board as it was designed for the Legends Pinball Micro and cannot be used on the (larger) ALP. In preparation for an upcoming video, I’ve documented how to use Raspberry Pi Imager to write an operating system or existing .img (image file) to a storage device (microSD, SSD, etc.). I bought a 32 GB flash drive to plug into the pinball machine that I haven't used yet but I find it getting very very warm after 45 minutes of play is this normal?USB-A to USB-A cable (OTG) – This cable has worked perfectly for me. Other cables may work just as well. However, some have told me they bought an Insignia brand (from Best Buy) that did not work with the ALP (not the Micro). So, do keep that in mind. If you are having issues with your ALP Micro, see below for some possible solutions. If you don’t see your particular issue listed, please comment inthe above video and I’ll try to find a solution. Once the update is complete, power on the GamePad (press and hold the green AtGames Menu Button). Then, power it off by pressing and holding the green AtGames Button. Repeat this two times. One option you may not be familiar with is Live Streaming. If you login to your ArcadeNet account Settings you can enter your Live Streaming credentials to allow you to live stream to Facebook, Twitch or YouTube. After assigning your account credentials, you can select the Stream button under the platform you wish to stream to. While streaming, you’ll see a red indicator when the streaming begins.
