About this deal

I loved these bliss balls chilled so I keep them stored in the fridge. Though you can always get to munching on them straight away too... Enjoy! Almond flour: You may replace the almond flour with another type of ground or finely chopped nuts. For a nut-free version, you may omit the almond flour and substitute it with a little more oats. Buy these ingredients in bulk because you are going to love this blueberry bliss tropical smoothie! My family enjoys it for breakfast and constantly asks me to make more. See the recipe card at the end of the post for exact measurements.

Then we skip right past C-Tier down to D-Tier because the rest of these look pretty inedible ngl. These three all look like they have some kinda metal in them and that would really hurt my teeth if I chewed on it, but a broken molar is nothing compared to the absolute travesty that is our F-Tier. Elevate your celebrations with the epitome of British craftsmanship and natural splendor – Blueberry Bliss Sparkling Wine, the first of its kind, crafted from luscious British blueberries nurtured in the enchanting Nene Valley. Created using the time-honored traditional method, the same technique cherished by champagne connoisseurs, our Blueberry Bliss Sparkling Wine redefines elegance and indulgence. Drawing upon their renowned expertise in winemaking, Biddenden Vineyards has helped craft this truly unique offering. Spread pudding onto cooled crust. Layer with fresh banana slices that have been tossed in remaining 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Top with cream cheese layer, followed by blueberry sauce.

Free 5-day meal plan

Place half of the blueberries into a saucepan with the sugar and cold water. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until the berries begin to break down. Remove from the heat and press through a sieve into a bowl to make a glossy blueberry coulis. Set aside to cool. Glassy Gleam is definitely the least edible of this entire set, that thing looks like you bite down on it and you got glass shards all in your gums and tongue and s#*!, it would be a terrible experience at every step of the digestive process.

You can sub in fresh blueberries, however, the bites will only last about 3 days before the blueberries will turn. Desiccated coconut is unsweetened and different from regular shredded coconut. I used the brand let’s do organic desiccated coconut in this recipe.I went with blueberry because that's what I had on hand, but of course this would work beautifully with raspberries, strawberries, cherries... mmm... possibilities! If your mixture is too wet to form into balls, add in a little more oats, coconut, or almond flour. Medjool Dates: Medjool dates are naturally very soft and pliant. They work perfectly with this recipe because of this. If you have very dry dates, consider placing them in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Discard the water, and place into the food processor at the appropriate time.

Unsweetened Coconut Flakes: We used Bob’s Red Mill Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (Unsulfured). Feel free to use your favorite unsweetened coconut flakes. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined. Make sure to use a powerful processor so that the items can blend together easily. Greens: Spinach makes a nutritious addition to this blueberry smoothie. It will change the color, but you won’t be able to taste it.

Store the blueberry bliss balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. You may also store them in a freezer-safe Ziploc bag and freeze them for up to one month. Thaw the bliss balls in the refrigerator or on the counter before serving. Recipe Notes

Test the “dough” by pinching it to see if it holds together easily. If too wet, add more oats or flaxseed meal and process. If too dry, add a couple of blueberries or a Medjool date. To serve babies under 12 months, make sure the balls are large, similar in size to a golf ball, to allow them to hold them and minimise choking risks. You can break them into small pieces for younger babies if you prefer. These vegan blueberry bliss balls are an easy and delicious way to add some extra nutrition to your baby’s diet, while still being enjoyable for the whole family. Are blueberries healthy for babies? How about some velvety blueberry cake bites for a change of pace? I can't even begin to tell you how simple, yet comforting these little blueberry bliss balls are. Honestly, if you've ever had a Need-To-Satisfy-A-Cake-Craving-Right-Now situation on you hands, but without the time to mess with an oven... these will be your friend. What could be better than an instant cake-type fix which requires no baking and doesn't leave a massive amount of leftovers to test your willpower, right? ;) Nut butter: A tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter loads the drink with healthy, sustaining fats and makes the smoothie more substantial. If rolling in coconut flakes (optional), place the coconut flakes – see blog post for the amount, into the clean food processor and process for several minutes until the coconut is finely shredded. Roll the blueberry bliss balls in the shredded coconut and place on a parchment paper lined plate. In a small chilled bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. In another small bowl, cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in whipped cream. Blueberries are a great addition to a baby’s diet as they contain nutrients such as fibre, vitamin E, vitamin K, and vitamin C. Blueberries contain high levels of antioxidants, specifically anthocyanins, which safeguard cells from harm and promote heart health, blood sugar management, immunity, and gut well-being. To ensure safety when introducing blueberries to babies, it is best to flatten them, quarter them, or cook them until soft. This will help to minimise the risk of choking.
