About this deal

This is a book that really needs to be read in tandem with the 6 books since many references (especially to certain people) do not really achieve their true impact otherwise. Gloriously rich and utterly delightful, Miss Peregrine's Museum of Wonders is an indispensable guide to the peculiar world, perfect for longtime fans and new readers alike. Probably only of interest to fans of the series, it's an entertaining look at the world created by Riggs. Gloriously rich and utterly delightful, Miss Peregrine’s Museum of Wonders is an indispensable guide to the peculiar world, perfect for longtime fans and new listeners alike. A guidebook to the peculiar world for fledgling members, with notes about the variety of peculiar abilities, techniques for blending in with normals, and other helpful features.

it doesn't have a plot or story, but rather explains everything that has to do with the peculiar universe. This essential volume is the ideal primer for anyone curious about the world of Miss Peregrine: an overview of its strange history, curious practices, fascinating places, the most famous (and infamous) members of its peculiar families, and much more. I found this little novella quite wonderful and informative if you're a fan of the world that Ransom Riggs has created. The whole chapter on the Loops could have been scratched though (not because it was bad, but because no matter how much explanation there is or what the system being explained is, I will never understand time travel! This is a very detailed and fascinating guide into the peculiar world of the “Miss Peregrine” series that I have devoured from page to page. that being said, I sadly really struggled with the style of writing in this one, simply because it reminded me of a textbook. The story was depressing yet captivating and I would’ve loved it if there was a full novel dedicated to Gloria’s romance. It’s a really quick read and just fun all around, even if the original series wasn’t your absolute favorite. This was not made like other book guides, its written out of miss p's point if view and for godsaken fucks there was so much not mentioned in the books and even more left to imagination.

Covering everything from how to blend in with suspicious normals to the most popular time loops to visit as a temporal tourist, this essential compilation is ideal for anyone curious about the world of Miss Peregrine: its strange history, curious practices, fascinating places, most famous (and infamous) names, and much more. Gloriously rich and utterly delightful, Miss Peregrine’s Museum of Wonders is an indispensable guide to the peculiar world, perfect for longtime fans and new readers alike. I read the first three books in Miss Peregrine's a long time ago and was absolutely in love with them, but the second trilogy didn't feel the same for me.This book doesn’t provide too much new information and it doesn’t add on to the plot of the main series. zapravo su upravo fotografije to što mi je zaokupilo najviše pažnje, poneke sam gledala duže nego što bih čitala stranicu. Covering history, practices, memorable characters and much more, this immersive companion to Ransom Riggs' bestselling Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children series is an absolute must-have for passionate fans. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

This book is very ‘pick-up-able,’ and unlike with the main series, no prior context is needed to read it. This book is for the true fan - as the title suggests this is a hand book to the Peculiar world and as such is a collection of articles and guides written to help guide the newly found Peculiar in to that world. I had a hard time reading about it before but, now that I have finished this book, I seem to fully understand its make-believe science. Lots of pictures, drawings, maps and even texts by various people make this book so great and things like the "what loop should you choose" made it so great. I loved the Miss Peregrine's series and often felt that each sequel was like coming back to old friends and while this isn't quite the same, it delved back into that peculiar world and gave us MORE peculiar characters, people, places, et cetera.Ransom Riggs grew up in Maryland and Florida and is a graduate of the film school at the University of Southern California. I always love when a series releases a sort of guide to the world and some parts of it, so this was perfect for me. Brought me back into the wonderful and inspiring world of the peculiar through the intellectual and witty writtings of Mrs.
