The first 30%ish is about the wedding, and I get that, but I wish there was the same attention focused on the actual couple here. Readers are told that Addison and Stefano shared a connection five years ago, but one doesn’t get the chance to experience it. It wasn’t hard for me to walk away from my family without looking back—the time had come for me to live for myself. I found them to be a sweet couple with that chemistry only longtime friends have, and I was rooting them on from the first words out of Shelby's mouth when she invited Ace on the honeymoon.Things heat up once they get to their destination and they begin to believe that maybe they were always meant to be more than just friends! Unfortunately, her fiancée is a lying, cheating a**hole who’s sleeping with his best friend, Weston aka Ace’s girlfriend. There was a time when my world revolved around him, and I'd foolishly thought he'd be the one to claim all my firsts. Of course, there were a couple of things that I had hoped for, but nothing that took away from the story.
