Thanks to James, I can now continue my fitness journey to avoid the dangerous hereditary medical conditions that have wracked my family. I would definitely recommend this to others, but would suggest taking some advice with a pinch of salt! better off finding an author who doesnt give you a mishmash of points and ideas that you could get from the internet.
