I have a new garden following building work which has left the soil very mixed with some very poor areas and some better soil. Specifications – Small apply to shoulder height from 24" (60cm) to 35" (90cm); Medium apply to shoulder height from 35" (90cm) to 51" (130cm); Large apply to shoulder height over 51"(130cm). As part of our commitment to protecting the environment, our suppliers are including more peat-free materials in their products, which includes recycled composted green waste. Horse Manure has already been rotted down and will improve the soil almost immediately, however as it continues to breakdown, it will further improve the nutrients and structure of your soil. A: To obtain free farmyard manure, you can reach out to local farms, stables, riding centers, and community gardens to see if they have any excess manure they are willing to give away.
