Suction power is also really good at the top setting, although it does drop away on those other lower settings. Hoover has been designing these things forever, so of course it knows how to produce a decent stick vacuum and we were very pleased with the overall aesthetic appeal of this model. Although it was good the first couple of months and I have kept it clean and checked there is no blockage, it now hardly picks up anything and the battery life decreased significantly.It stands up sturdy by itself so you don't actually need to attach it to the wall if you don't want to but it comes with an attachment to do so. As we opened the box, one of the first things we noticed about this vacuum is just how lightweight it is.

There’s only so much you can do with a cordless stick vacuum cleaner, and the Hoover H-Free 300 doesn’t stray too far from that basic design – although it does have a few tricks. There’s a great range of tools in the box, although some means of storage for them would have been welcome. Differing in style from other cordless vacuums in the H-Free range, especially when it comes to aesthetics and runtime, the C300+ is both powerful and lightweight.
