The new Roc Loc 5 system is the newest iteration of Giros's fit adjustment system and it works really well. In part, the low weight of the Savant is due to the lack of a MIPS liner, which would increase the weight about 30g, bringing the weight closer to the Bell Overdrive MIPS. The slim design combines impressive ventilation from 25 Wind Tunnel vents, with the secure feel and convenience of the adjustable Roc Loc 5 fit and stability system. What’s more, safety is a real selling point, with the independently designed MIPS (Multi-directional Impact System) built in. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, and usually take the form of a refund transaction onto the card used for the original purchase.

It uses the in-mould construction process, in which the polystyrene protective shell is bonded to the plastic outer during the production process, leading to a tight bond between the two.

The Savant has 25 decent sized vents, with internal channels connecting forward facing intakes to decent sized exhaust vents, guiding air over the head.The webbing straps are difficult to adjust due to their thick, bulky nature, but the floating rear webbing attachment and adjustable Y-buckles do provide for a comprehensive adjustment system.
