They are pointless (I've already bought the book, it's not like I'm going to book the in-person service) and very, very irritating. My job is to go into people’s houses, ofices and workspaces and help them create structure so they become more organized. The advice in this book is awful- I can't stand it when books which are talking about decluttering suddenly start recommending homemade room sprays and dimmer switches. I find Dilly comes across as very down to earth, the advice is practical, she knows the majority of us don't live in 10 bedroom houses with hired help every day and so her advice is very achievable! The book shares my experiences and biggest learnings of going from living with a negative mindset to now living from a place of clarity and happiness – and how you can too.
