About this deal
It seemed generalized toward everyone as a whole rather than recommending specific routines/products for oily vs dry vs sensitive, etc.
There is a whole chapter about SPF, which is also re-inforced in previous and following chapters, like "always use a dedicated 30 or 50+ SPF, and don't forget to re-apply during the day".Her opinion is like gold-dust for anyone marketing a new product, as she is so trusted in the industry. But otherwise, her skincare routine advice is pretty much the same – she even talks about using flannels for washing your face instead of muslin cloths. I think you will love this book if you are a skin care junkie or are interested in the idea of skin care, but overwhelmed at all the different products and information out there. I was made slightly sceptical by the fact that she recommends her own collaboration with Pixi first (PIXI + Caroline Hirons Double Cleanser – very much mixed reviews online). There tends to be an overemphasis on things like acids, and while I love using them myself, using them too often can lead to a compromised moisture barrier.
I cannot recommend this one highly enough whether you are young or old - no matter what your skin issue is, Caroline knows what's causing it and what will help. As seen on This Morning Straight-talking advice from the Skincare Queen Caroline Hirons is the authority in skincare – and for the first time, she’s sharing her knowledge with the world. If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Looking and feeling her best - whether this means toning up at the gym, wearing an outfit she loves, or relaxing with friends - gives model, DJ and presenter Vogue Williams the confidence to work and shine in a busy, fast-paced world. Now, I’ve not read any of her blogposts before – and that’s probably a good thing, since the book contains a great deal of very similar content — so if you’re happy to read stuff on your laptop screen – the blogposts might do the trick for you.
