There is then a final section on the Brilliant Wedding, giving a bit of information on the wedding as well as Dipna’s Involvement in it. The recipes are easy to follow with the spices grouped together and I love all the illustrations and the story behind the wonderful Anand family. It was followed up by number one bestsellers "Twas the Nightshift Before Christmas" and "Undoctored".

It's instructions are easy to follow, ingredients lists not vast and intimidating and it's beautiful to look at and a pleasure to read! Its in this section that you learn a bit about basic preparation, how to make a green chilli paste, different ways of cutting/chopping an onion and then toasting and crushing spices. Dipna has put a lot of focus on offering healthy options, helping to get rid of the myth that Indian food has to be unhealthy as it really doesn’t. I do love Indian food, there are always so many different levels of flavour that just makes it so tasty.Beyond Brilliant gives a good introduction to the history of brilliant so you can earn how it got started in Kenya and how it became the great restaurant it is today. Beyond Brilliant is combination of amazing recipes and easy to cook with simple ingredients which are available in every Indian Kitchen. He is also one of the UK's bestselling children's authors, with "Kay's Anatomy" the fastest-selling nonfiction kids' book of the decade. Onion Bhajis are very popular especially in North Punjab region and most favorite appetizer in my family too, that’s the main reason I choose this item. Currently, she is on mission to promote healthy Indian food around the world through TV series, cookbook and Air Channel.

I've been trying to learn how to make proper north Indian food for a couple of years and feel like this might be a bit of a turning point. Signed by the author on the first page otherwise the pages are bright, unmarked, in very good condition and tightly bound.

If I lived in London I'd be signed up to take the authors cookery course and visit the restaurant to try the real food and hopefully get my book signed! The book brings a brilliant modern healthy twist to Indian cooking, and is beyond brilliantly the first cross over Indian book I have read switching from restaurant cookery to home cookery. Dipna’s brother has been in the restaurant for 10 years as well as working hard in the restaurant he is working on finding new new clients and bringing in new business.I really would recommend checking out Beyond Brilliant if you want to learn how to make tasty authentic Indian dishes from a family that has a real passion for the food they produce. Easy to follow, food products easily available and we have now cooked loads of the individual recipes.
