This British import features 10 informational stories in metered verse sparking delight and curiosity on the everyday miracles of nature, such as those found in mushrooms, a forest, honeybees, and moths. My kids (6 and 8) enjoyed it immensely, although I originally bought it as a gift for a 3 year old child but now I may have to get another copy! Goods will normally be received within 10 days, but please allow up to 30 days in case we are exceptionally busy or if there are other circumstances beyond our control.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. I particularly liked the fungi / trees stories and loved how the stories include really good and accurate natural science in an easy to understand way. Despite it being suitable for young children, it wasn't too young for mine, so I expect it is a book that would be enjoyed for many years. And at the end of each story, children are invited to explore an informative “All About” page to discover more facts about the topic. I love that the stories capture his imagination and curiosity for natures wonders, the words are soothing with rhyming flow for bedtime stories but also informative with a fact page for each short story topic and the illustrations just makes it all come to life for us.She has written for the Children's TV Classic series, Postman Pat, 'Rhyme Time Town' for Dreamworks, and several other animated series, including a Chinese animated series. An absolutely beautiful book of short, rhyming stories which links connections in nature so well than I read it about to my children in one sitting!
