About this deal

Insert an SD card which is processed with EFlasher to an SD card reader and insert this reader to a PC running Ubuntu. The R4S uses the RK3399 SoC, has two Gbps Ethernet ports, microSD storage, and either 1GB DDR3 or 4GB LPDDR4.

I was able to import it and create a very basic 3D model only exposing the most important things like clearance holes, pin headers and the important chips by simply creating extruded bosses with height measurements I did with my caliper gauge. Finally, I’ve also added a 2x parallel socket test for TCP and for UDP I’ve tested both directions (server/client). To disable the A/B feature, you can refer to the following to modify device/rockchip/rk3399/nanopc-t4/BoardConfig.

Therefore, in my tests I’ve used this image and actually I’ve used the image that it came in the SD card with the board.

I’ve also tried several TCP window sizes, but usually the default size is the one that you should focus. Within the package was another package and within that, a cardboard box within which was the cased R4S and a 16GB Sandisk Edge MicroSD which I’m hoping contains the OpenWrt image ready to go. It seems pretty clear that in the router market with its relative thin margins cost is a major factor in component choice by manufacturers (if we are generous power consumption might be as well*). The NanoPi R4S (as “R4S”) is an open source platform designed and developed by FriendlyElec for IoT applications.I know that it's possible to do the same trick with IRQ to CPU pinning in FreeBSD, but nothing that I've tried worked. Potentially milling part of the main heatsink and deepening above the ram chip would give enough space for internal RTC battery position. Note that I also tried the official firmware FriendlyWRT, and some other custom WRTs version and all are able to get past 900+ Mbps. Meanwhile, the Chinese announce a Quantum computer supposedly billions of times faster than Google’s own Quantum offering and already the tabloid press are asking “is this the end of world banking security?

This is due to the fact that uboot enters cli mode cause of a hardware bug in uart which shorts it and passed garbage entry when uboot waits for user input to enter cli. Tbh, this sounds more interesting to test on the Nanopi-R2S, because the R4S is buffed enough as it is to handle the bridged interface even like that. At the heart of NanoPi R4S, FriendlyELEC has chosen Rockchip RK3399 hexa-core processor with dual-core Cortex-A72 up to 2. But it can be used as a printer server, network router, file server, or for various purposes that do not require a screen.Especially the really low power (1,5-1,8W), while running the red net (via the RTL NIC) with 100Mbps.
