Martin is the leader of the Super Friends, a group of misfit brainiac kids who meet secretly in the school’s deserted boiler room, where they can do extra-credit projects without fear of reprisal from their fellow students. On the top of the building is the pharaoh statue watching from above for someone to try to steal all the treasures. The Egypt subtheme story line is based on the adventurers having traveled to Egypt to find the legendary Re-Gou Ruby, which is said to have magical power and is under the protection by the undead Pharaoh Hotep. There may be twists and turns on the way down, or hidden obstacles lurking just beneath the powder, but as long as you keep your knees bent, your poles straight and both eyes on where you’re going, you’re sure to get there all right in the end.

When she asks him for directions through the Tulgey Wood, he replies only with riddles and mischievous mind-twisters before mysteriously disappearing from sight, leaving nothing behind but his grin! Can the heroes navigate the maze of sliding doors, booby-trapped stairs and the Pharaoh’s tomb to escape the clutches of the mummies? The second floor has some magic treasures that belong to other famous pharaoh, his coffin, and some of his mummies, plus some other Egyptian objects from other themes. Some of the vehicle sets, if you compare this to the Jungle and Egypt sets, you can see that the ideas behind this have been refined to suit this series. There are a lot of things that Lego fans could remember with this set and a lot of details from the old theme, but it is not only for adults but for all ages, this is the way I try to introduce to new generations my love for this historical period.

Other sets soon followed, and before long, Indiana Jones would be forever remembered to go hand in hand with the Adventurer sets. While it is quite expensive he has got a lot of enjoyment out of it already and even when it has been pulled apart he will continue to play with the lego pieces for years. Finnish builder Eero Okkonen shows master-class LEGO character creation with the Herald of Scales, imagined in ancient Egyptian styling.

It's been a few weeks since he made it and it is still in one piece, which is testament to the playability of the final model.Anyways, I think this kind of theme is something that a lot of people miss, something that would be well received if Lego bring it back.
