I like Fat White Family, one of the best live bands around, with a relentless rhythm always good entertainment so I was well up for this book. After a few uneventful days of sweating and coughing alone in his bedroom on the top floor of his father's semi-detached in suburban Cambridge, events took a serious turn for the worse.
