There's no perfect release, but IMO, the FUNimation steelbooks with the 4:3 aspect ratio are either the "best" or the "least bad" depending on which angle you look at it at. However, the "best" Dragon Ball Z release still remains the Japanese Dragon Boxes Z for its picture quality.Just release the 291 episodes uncut in boxsets as they were on the dvd singles in Japanese/Original English audio would have been fine.
