About this deal

I’m not sure why you think NATO straps are out of the question though, it’s a very common combination seen on SCWF and WUS… I imagine some of the super beefy Zulu straps or a leather NATO may be tricky, but a regular NATO or Zulu should be fine. Part of Citizen's Nighthawk premium collection, this is the perfect watch for any aspiring pilot or aeronautical fan. You can configure the watch to use one time zone for the big hands, and then a smaller inner display (the red and white half arcs on the left side) can be configured to show the hour in a completely different time zone.

The Citizen Nighthawk is a solid looking watch and I’m certain I’ll get many years of enjoyment out of it. Others shunned it because it was quartz controlled, too large or the dial looked too busy and distracting. Stepping down to the dial, on the outer most edge you have another logarithmic scale that corresponds to the internal bezel’s. Further Information about the scheme is available from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme 10th Floor, Beaufort House, 15 St.

Some complicated movements that require more battery power, as with certain Campanola models are non-Eco Drive. On another note, Citizen’s arch-rival Seiko does have a few solar powered models (like the V145 caliber) but Citizen has the upper hand in solar watch marketing. If your application is successful, you will enter into a Credit Agreement with Secure Trust Bank Plc (V12's parent company) which will be administered by V12. Im Dito from Indonesia, Im the person who ask you where to find Seiko divers watch in Malaysia last time, remember?

Yeoman's Watch Review - Another great site about Japanese watches by Thomas Yeo, a well known collector! The hour and minute hands are distinct from one another and you’ll easily distinguish them in the dark.It seems that you have noticed this problem too but I am wondering how much inaccuracy is acceptable ? Finished in PVD black plated stainless steel, this watch balance strength and durability with comfort and style perfectly. The angular case design is an improvement over the previous generation Nighthawk, at least to my eye. Once I got home and took some time to look at the watch, I noticed that the second hand didn’t match at all with the second markers. If your watch’s second hand hits the markers precisely in some areas of the dial and is off in other areas, then it could be a case of an imperfectly printed dial.

The watch face itself is fairly clean and easy to read quickly, and the simple color scheme means it matches with just about any clothing.Sometimes it does get tricky to stay in focus, given the DOF, but we are learning ways around that issue.

There’s some red accents thrown in for good measure, but much like a Jackson Pollock painting the trick is figuring out when to stop. At its core, the Nighthawk is a dual-timezone pilot’s watch with a slide rule bezel and solar Eco-Drive movement. And knowing that your watch is never going to suddenly stop as long as it sees a little sunlight here and there is a great feeling. V12 Retail Finance Limited act as a credit broker and introduces to one or more lenders, for which they will receive a commission.Actually,I just bought a second-hand Citizen Nighthawk, cause it make me falling in love since the first time i saw. I considered everything from the Sinn U50 on the higher end to a Islander SKX clone on the more affordable side of the spectrum. The clasp has dual push buttons and a signed “Citizen" flip lock but has only three micro adjustment holes. Just bought one of these, be very appreciative if you could tell me the exact make of the leather strap here….
