While portions of the book are more prone to breakups it’s a fantastic message of self love and being worth the journey and the healing. The book itself is repetitive but I think the purpose of it is to really let those words, thoughts, and feelings sink in. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is struggling to find peace, to anyone who might be hurting, lost, confused, or overwhelmed.however the second i started reading this book, the gentle and insightful words are what finally reached me.

Buat yang merasa overthinking, insecure, dll buku ini aku rasa mampu mengurangi pikiran-pikiran negatif kepada diri sendiri dan memberikan sugesti yang baik sehingga mampu mereda kegalauan. Sometimes life is beautiful and then unimaginably difficult, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be beautiful again. For it to be that short and sweet I can say I was surprised by the content it had, and the way you can feel each poem. You deserve to see yourself as someone who is beautiful––you wouldn’t be here if you weren’t meant to be precisely the person you are.Today I finished the whole thing and my chest is tight with discomfort because of how serendipitous it was that I chose to pick this up again, this week of all weeks. i was able to make all kinds of realizations and think more clearly, let go of all my bottled up anger, and cut all the negativity out of my life. Yang aku suka dari buku ini, adanya perbedaan layout halamannya sehingga tidak membuat bosan untuk dibaca.

To be honest I had never had the chance to read a mental health/poetry book and this book definitely left an impression. Satu kekurangan lainnya dari buku ini adalah, aku merasa ada beberapa pengulangan paragraf sehingga terkesan dipaksa agar memenuhi halaman.There were 2 pages that really impacted me and I hope that whomever reads this book feels and acknowledges the person that they are.
