Sometimes this brand update is done by the new owners after a brewery has been sold, other times just to give the brand a fresh new look on the ever growing market. Another famous company has its origins not too far away from Biella; International sportswear brand Fila was founded in Coggiola, just a short 30 minute drive from Biella.
After Carlo Menabrea, the brewery was handed to Emilio Thedy and Augusto Antoniotti, the husbands of the Menabrea sisters. Once sourced, our ingredients are meticulously brewed using a combination of traditional craftsmanship and innovative modern day techniques under the supervision of Menabrea's master brewer. Combined with the incredibly pure water and cold fresh air of the region, it was the perfect location to build a brewery. This takes place in three stages, helps the dispersion of CO2 and results in a high and abundant foam.
