The discussion in the above folder also suggests a decision will need to be made about how much a character needs to actually be Satan to qualify, since there was a decent period where non-Satan characters that are still singular figures in their respective mythologies would be listed but the page hadn't yet been taken over by every demonic Tom, Dick, and Harry tropers found attractive.
