There are two parts to the Contour NEXT ONE: the meter and the Contour Diabetes app, which connect seamlessly.

Exposure to room humidity by leaving the bottle open or not storing the strips in their original bottle can damage your test strips. Green: Indicates your blood sugar is “in range,” which is the glucose targets you and your diabetes care team set. By combining these results with other data recorded by the user, the app aims to improve the user’s understanding of their diabetes by providing information on how their daily activities affect their readings. The CONTOUR® NEXT ONE meter is used exclusively with CONTOUR® NEXT test strips, delivering results at ±8. The average resting heart rate is usually between 60 and 80 beats per minute, but some athletes have resting heart rates considerably lower. This meter uses the Contour Next test strips, which meet the minimum accuracy requirements of the ISO 15197:2013.

To the left of the unit number, you’ll see either a tick, or an up or down arrow, telling you whether your results are within target, over target, or under target.

Easy to share: The blood sugar diary report can be sent prior to, or shared during, an appointment with the healthcare professional.
