About this deal

Heavy bottle, but smelled like alcohol with water and some lemon or sour citrus fruit-scented musky liquid with poor longevity and projection. I remember smelling this a few weeks ago at a local bon-ton and thinking how smooth and green this was. Newer versions are very powdery and extremely similar to the "Burberry Touch" which i dislike due to its "Nycil" prickly heat powder smell.

Great office scent because it is not offensive at all, and you can lather it without worrying about offending anyone. The Bvlgari PH is drier, not really sweet, very faintly floral, and dries down to a very subtle woods/tea combo. Apart from the intense mandarin, nutmeg and tea top notes I would like to add a very elegant mastic note that becomes sweeter during the middles. The overall dna scent is absolutely pleasant but unfortunately can be considered unisex which this is undesired from my perspective.

Fragrantica does not seem to list the Extrême version of this separately…but it is a different beast.

Morillas is a master but this is not within his usual abilities to create a mouthwatering irresistable opening that conveys a clear character. In a few minutes the woodier, spicier (cardamom) notes come out, with the tobacco flower (I suppose it is tobacco flower, as that it was is listed, and it is some kind of flower) on the edges. To top that off, I'm normally not a big fan of spicy fragrances, but this one managed to be one of my top 5.

I used to date a guy that was wearing it, and I actually thought it's his natural body smell, and loved it. Very unique and amazing, the reason you are not going to get compliments its because it needs sometimes for imagination and a look back. The tea-musk accord is the centrepiece of the composition, and dominates from start to finish, from a refreshing opening to a comforting dry down. To me, this cologne seems to fit more of a "khakis and button-up shirt" look and I tend to dress more casual or athletic so it is safe to say that I have not had the chance to wear this out in public. The subtlety although admirable, could do with a boost in the sillage department so both the wearer and the people around him can enjoy this fragrance through all its stages. It's look like will be disapear as same as the sport scents but it will come to your noses the WHOLE day !

I have heard that the original formulation had much better tea notes and more performance, but I have a 2020 bottle, so that is what I am reviewing. It could also be a pre-sleeping mood tuner for people who enjoy going to bed witb a cologne sprayed on . And to close the door with a golden key, we have a delicious and balanced mix of sandalwood with vetiver, in the base.I have also found that it is indeed linear, thankful for that, it is pure magic to smell on yourself as far as a scent goes. A strong B, tedering on an A, but not quite there because of the rather dissapointing Notte flanker. Pour Homme Soir is a rich, elegant, woody scent aimed at charismatic men looking for a refined and sensuous evening fragrance.
