To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.BBS1 is intended to eliminate the need to replace electrical boxes which have become damaged due to the stripping of the metal fittings. Back Box Saver saves time and money in providing a new secure fixing if your electrical back box has a broken screw thread. This section has hundreds of instructional videos showing how to do the easiest of DIY related jobs right up to a full bathroom refurbishment. The current solution — replacing the back box just because of a stripped lug — is time-consuming and costly, especially if the wall is re-decorated.We found Innovate approachable, interested and extremely helpful when we approached them about the BBS1. The current solution – replacing the back box just because of a stripped lug – is time-consuming and costly, especially if the wall is re-decorated. When developing the overall concept, the design had to require no special tools, be safe and easy to use. I can't help but wonder if a few drops of super glue would have been a better faster method of securing the product?

Saved me the mess and trouble of entirely replacing a switch's back box in our newly decorated kitchen - I'd over-tightened one screw like an idiot (on a switch with a crowded box - a 2-way dimmer). After removing all snags from the inside of the back box, the clip simply pushes on with ease, and due to the tensioning and calibration of the clip, it will remain firmly and securely in place. The clip has been designed to instantly replace a broken thread or lug, on the inside of metal UK electrical back boxes.
