About this deal

Ingredients travel from Venezuela to England where they are ‘coded’ and sent on to Trinidad where it is said there is a long-standing agreement by customs not to inspect the contents!

The result is a flavourful and exceptionally smooth rum which is pleasingly aromatic with light woody notes of chocolate, spice, vanilla, toasted oak flavours and nuances of tropical fruits that provide a remarkably warm and mellow finish. These rums are aged in charred American oak bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years and then skilfully hand-blended and re-casked. It is then twice filtered through charcoal to remove the golden colour and impurities acquired during the barrel ageing process, after which, it is ready to be enjoyed.v=1683023100","variant_ids":[42605204799740]},"available":true,"name":"Angostura 1919 Rum - 700ML \/ 40.
