For something from the 60s this smells so fantastic, compared to so much garbage that put out that has no real scent but chemical abbrasivneess. As indicated, it's in the same pine and woody vein as Acqua di Selva and particularly Pino Silvestre, but a bit dryer and more linear. Despite its long history of life, it has always maintained itself among one of the most promising national perfumes.Antonio Puig launched Agua Brava Eau de Cologne masculine fragrance in 1968 in collaboration with perfumers Marcel Carles and Rosendo Mateu. It is one of the very first perfumes I grabbed from my father, it was rather it is still definitely not for my age group. This is both beautiful and masculine all at the same time and I never knew that that was even possible. AT the same time it starts developing a more pine-y/woody odor which hangs around until about the two hour mark.

style over fashion I just love its clean woody fragrance - many colognes/aftershave lotions have come and gone, this one remains . Been using it for years, used to be able to get it all over Spain, now it's only in certain supermarkets. Rich bergamot, thyme and sandalwood blend with lavender, clove, fresh pine, sage and musk for a sensual and masculine fragrance, inspired by the Mediterranean. As the citrus dies down over about 10-15 minutes it becomes much more herbal; the thyme and bay leaf definitely are the strongest. Agua Brava is an Italian style cologne - where the fresh lines of pine, citrus and herbs are blurred by a dark and rounded base.I sometimes get this discordant note from its brothers as well: Acqua di Selva, Silvestre, Pino Sylvestre, etc. It seems to be less commonly available than it's rival Pino Silvestre, which made the acquisition a bit more difficult, but I finally have it. Top notes are lavender, sage, bergamot, lemon of Amalfi (Amalfi lime) and juniper Virginia; middle notes are carnation, clove, thyme, bay leaf and pine; the base notes are vetiver, musk, sandalwood, patchouli, oak moss and leather. In addition, as we give you the option to choose what best suits your needs from several sellers, you have the power to decide so you can make your purchase as you wish. It smells quite loud and spicy perhaps unbearable to many and its totally a masculine perfume and no woman can dare to wear it.
