Meg, Mog and Owl manage to look after the first two dinosaurs but then a fearsome Tyrannosaurus hatches and wants to eat them all!

After creating his first book at the age of eight, Jan went on to excel in his chosen field of design, working in such diverse areas as television, theatre and greetings cards.Meg makes a spell to make eggs for dinner but it all goes wrong when the eggs hatch and out come DINOSAURS! We havwe been receiving our storybook subscription for around 18 months and I can't see us stopping anytime soon. As they land on top of a pyramid, Meg accidentally lets go of her cauldron and poor Mog falls out, so she has to bandage him up.

The cover may have some limited signs of wear but the pages are clean, intact and the spine remains undamaged. Helen Nicoll worked with Jan Pienkowski for over forty years, first at the BBC and then on the Meg and Mog stories.Luckily Meg’s spell to save them works fairly well but the dinosaurs are so small that she needs a magnifying glass to see them! My daughter laughs when Meg’s spells go wrong, first the eggs are too big then the dinosaurs shrink to mouse size.
