About this deal

It lacks a tray at the base, so be prepared to wipe the occasional stray grounds from your counter or invest in a little mat to sit under it.

For those seeking an extra indulgence, we offer luscious cappuccino toppings and decadent hot chocolate options.

Speaking of flavour, flat burrs are known for excellent consistency and grind quality, which translates to greater clarity in the cup.

Very easy to use and paired with my Sage Barista Express espresso machine, immediately improved the quality of my coffee.

The Specialita uses a patented Stepless Micrometric Adjustment System that allows you to dial in the grind size perfectly. Discover more about “Made in Italy”, a label synonymous throughout the world with refined materials, attention to detail, and creativity. Eureka Mignon Coffee Grinder is designed with the speciality coffee market in mind, the Mignon Specialita boasts of a small footprint, compact size and is offered in 8 vivid colours. Maybe It’s the only one EMC machine that’s working that way, and I’m just unlucky, but I would never, never recommend anything from Eureka. I think all of the Mignon models will grind comfortably for manual or espresso, but I think it makes sense to look at Silenzio and Specialita for espresso, and Crono, Perfetto, or Brew Pro for manual brewing, as these have features that are more geared towards grinding for manual brewing.

It's not designed to be an "all-rounder" to quickly switch between pour overs and espresso, rather it's designed to produce excellent, fluffy espresso grinds. Ritual specialises in exquisite espresso machines, coffee grinders and barista equipment that makes this ambition a reality – and enables you to bring the exceptional taste of specialty coffee into the comfort of your own home. There are also other features that you won’t see but you will definitely notice when grinding the coffee: Eureka’s silent technology, for instance, makes it up to 10 dB quieter than the previous generation allowing you to prepare your early morning coffee without waking up the whole family. This allows you to block the coffee beans, remove the hopper, and access the burrs without first emptying the hopper. I don't think you can go too far wrong with a Eureka Mignon grinder, and looking at what they tend to sell for used, they seem to retain their value quite well, so I wouldn't even be too concerned about the potential of losing a great deal of money if I were to decide on a Mignon and then change my mind and sell it on a bit later.I think many people considering investing in a Mignon for espresso, will be torn between the Specialita and the Silenzio Mignons, and wondering if it's worth paying extra for the Specialita. This is the premium model, with a chrome body and chrome front panel, complete with touch screen controls and a larger burr set. If you're not the only person making coffee at home, or are living with people that aren't coffee geeks, this grinder is a great option. Silent Technology, 72 decibels ACE System, which prevents coffee clumps formation and guarantees cleanliness and dose precision. Once the timed dose is set, grinding is as simple as slotting a portafilter into the portafilter holder so that it pushes the button at the back.
