It’s a great example of early 2000’s men’s fragrances, so in that way I’m a little nostalgic for it. It's light and fresh, the opening is dominated by a bright lime note, what follows is a very soothing soapy lavender, the Vetiver is there but it's subtle. since it smells like that wouldn't you just be better off saving your money and cleaning yourself and washing your clothes every once in a while? It is most certainly a floral oriental with a lovely, rounded bouquet of notes that would please most floral lovers- rose, lily, jasmine, lilac, peony.

I would class this as a woody spicy fragrance with a hit of the eucalyptus also which gives it a very slight men's cologne-ness to it which I love! In keeping with the brand’s minimalist approach, Contradiction is packaged in a subtle opaque bottle with an attractive clear glass base. On me it’s a perfectly fine office-friendly light sweet indeterminate white floral with minimal projection even after 8-10 sprays. Description: Contradiction opens with the enchanting scent of wet roses bathed in morning dew, accompanied by a subtle metallic touch. It may project the too familiar crabapple, sandalwood, amber and musk, but close to the skin there is real artistry.I want to remember what it smells like and remember when it was truly the only CK fragrance i owned.
