They have a little different character, and out of the box the CDP-S350’s sound may seem a bit dry, but with some reverb, it does sound great, and I actually prefer its sound over the CDP-S100. You can tweak the touch curve a bit, but the Yamaha GHS action is easier to play/control than the Casio action when you play at the back the keys. I never liked key combinations for accessing features and functions and will take dedicated keys any day.
