I have used it on my dining room carpet which I thought was beyond redemption and the results were amazing. Plastic clips on the hose have snapped, water/solution leaks from the quick connect coupler, narrow upholstery tool has began to separate and has a tendency to snag. Should of used brass or similer connections instead I thought it came with the metal end sorry suction as showed on video cane with plastic see free one . Its ok as a spotter - it sucks well but the psi of the pump lets it down a little, i think its just 55psi. Tbh Neil mine got thrown in the bin as the pump was knackered in no time, the wand and hand tool were badly design even with the lower power the tooling was crap and the water just trickled out, my puzzi was better (just) I use a sensei instead. I just didn't seem to be strong enough and I had to wait until my husband came home from work to do it for me. The design and usability also get good feedback, but there are some less positive comments about the reliability. I purchased the item to make my job easier and attain better results, not to sit on a shelf and look good.
