The picture was on the soft side because not all channels broadcast in hd, but when i switched over to the hd channels the picture was so good it was like the people were actually in my room.My main concern is that the Despatcher decided that the item would travel in a Jiffy Bag and not a box and so the proper [ manufacturer's ] box is rather battered.
