Unless it’s the LEGO Official Annual, which for years has bundled its activities, puzzles and comics with a basic LEGO CITY minifigure.And when it inevitably drops to a few quid next year, when all eyes are on 2024, it might just make it a more palatable option for adult fans to grab an extra minifigure, too. We’ve previously reported on the LEGO Official Annual 2023, which comes with an arguably worse version of the Crook Ice minifigure included with 60314 Ice Cream Truck Police Chase. Journalism does run through my veins, though, like some kind of weird literary blood – the sort that will no doubt one day lead to a stress-induced heart malfunction. Best suited for age six we thought - any younger and you'd need someone who can read all the instructions to you but I know lots of adults who would enjoy this too so don't think anyone would struggle to find a willing adult Lego reader! The short story Desert Island featuring the Castaway character was a fun comic book style read that we found really funny. Buster Books loves to create books for curious and creative children, which spark the imagination and encourage exploration. There is a wide range of activities within that we have been enjoying, as well as some fun stories too. I really like it because it's a Lego book and I like Lego and I've done a lot of Lego recently and I think that Lego likers will probably like this book.
