About this deal

The charges made for samples make a small contribution towards the time and cost spent on cutting, packing and postage charges in sending them to you.

Hi folks, I’m new to this community, (pls remove if discussion isn’t allowed) but I’ve been mending for a while. The rectangular patches with rounded corners to iron and sew on in cotton are ideal for the repair of worn places on jeans and cotton clothing. Alternatively, if your machine has a sufficiently small free arm, you might be able to reach some parts that look difficult. Once the fabric patch and the fusible web are attached, cut the fabric and fusible web with a pair of scissors.Last, position your iron-on patch on the exact place on your garment and put parchment paper or a Teflon sheet on the patch. You can't do an iron-on patch with fleece (the synthetic fiber can't take the heat), and sewing on a patch doesn't seem like a great idea since the material is stretchier than the patch.

When a fusible web is placed between two fabrics, the melting capability of the fusible web causes the adherence of two fabrics. The 103 third parties who use cookies on this service do so for their purposes of displaying and measuring personalized ads, generating audience insights, and developing and improving products. They just iron on easily and now I have two pairs of jeans back in the running to wear, whereas in the past, I would just cut them into shorts. What I meant about flexibility is that stiffening fabric in places where it's meant to bend can be both uncomfortable, and can wear out adjacent fabric faster.Don’t use a fabric sheet to dry the jeans for this it contains chemicals that could cause the fusible web to separate from the jeans.
