Overall, it's a good-looking design that, despite the lack of image variety, fits the main feature like a glove. Lee Cronin’s blood-soaked and full-throated interpretation of the classic horror franchise explodes onto 4K from Studio Canal with an Atmos track to die for.

I remember thinking how excellent the sound design was when I saw this at the cinema but I was pretty disappointed with the film.
it feels paced just right for a story that's essentially stripped down to the bare minimum for character development and extraneous details. I also loved when the eldest sister comes back from the lift and tries to get back to normal, and enters the kitchen and smashes eggs into the pan and flies out of the bathtub onto the ceiling and crawls around on and the walls. and tone, which is effectively oppressive and fully commits to a quickly-building sense of dread as its story unfolds.cousins and of their boyfriends on a lakeside cabin retreat gone wrong -- that's only kinda-sorta resolved during the film's closing moments. It’s been 42 years since the initial release of Sam Raimi’s “The Evil Dead,” and audiences are still craving deadite pandemonium, delivered in sequels, video games, comic books, and a television series.
It is more frightening than Terrifier and I want to stand and applaud and salute the all-female cast. Would've preferred more spot gloss, or full gloss on the front, and the rear orange background is too metallic for my tates.
Rob Tapert, the producer of the Evil Dead franchise has been living in New Zealand since the ’90s after producing Xena: Warrior Princess, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and future Ken Ryan Gosling as the spin-off Young Hercules. levels of crush or blooming, while adjacent colors also "pop out" nicely thanks to its careful HDR grading. Unfortunately I've emptied my den as roof was sagging so everything is in my back room but will watch it with the built in atmos on my tv then watch it again when I've set everything back up.
