This fairly new offering from Gyronetics is a fantastic all-in-one solution if you don’t already own a heavy bag or speed ball as the E-Series Box Station can accommodate and comes with both supplied as standard. This is partly due to the bolt not being tightened enough and that goes for the bolts and screws on the rest of the stand. Ideal for an intense exercise session or for pre-match practice, these freestanding and suspended punch bags will have you on top form.The high-density base can be filled with sand or water to ensure a solid base whilst exercising and the durable spring neck creates a quick bag rebound. Made from heavy duty steel and designed to fit most heavy punch bags (not supplied), this stand will survive even the toughest workout, and the wide stance design means that it is perfect for everyone, no matter what your style is. If you plan to use your punch bag a lot, you might want to consider if the wall that you plan to bolt your hanger to is durable. However, HOMCOM’s punch bag hanger has a maximum load capacity of 30kg, making this a bit of a lightweight.

If you have problems with grip, arthritis, have issues with balancing two metal bars then I recommend please get help putting it together. If the item has been attempted to assemble or arrived in not same conditions as it was delivered, we reserve the right not to fully refund the item, with a maximum deduction of 50% that might apply. So soon as the tranny van driver dumps it on your doorstep you could have it assembled and be boxing before he gets down the road.It is a little shorter than the Everlast and the Gyronetics Box Station with the Max Strength standing at just under 200cm in height – this might mean that anyone 6’3″ and taller might struggle to use this bag comfortably but our 6’1″ tester found this stand to be just fine.
