Despite their extensive range of liqueurs it’s the original elegance of their classic Grand Marnier which is the most famous. Co-produced with musician Kano, Duppy Share Premium white Jamaican rum reprezents all things good about Jamaican and London culture. I would definitely tend to mix this rather than have it simply neat, but I wouldn’t mind a shot or three. Rum is housed in a nice bottle with a label that contains references to Kan's life from fashion, through food, Empier Windrush to the myriad ways Jamaican culture has affected us all. The coconut notes blend wonderfully with a sweet molasses flavour which delivers an almost dairy-like flavour, inviting and essential for the most exotic Caribbean cocktails.

Something which once again might raise suspicion/affect credibility in the upper echelons of Rum Enthusiasts but will probably be of interest to the “youth” of today. Absolutely essential for a classic Blue Lagoon cocktail, you can also pop fresh and fragrant Bols Blue in a vibrant Blue Margarita or add extra pep to a simple orange juice or lemonade. Reminiscent of Amaretti biscuits and the world’s favourite Italian liqueur, almond aromas are deep, intense and deliver a flavour which is popular around the world.Vividly neon green with a bouquet of aromas incorporating mint, lemon blame, aniseed and of course wormwood, Grande Absente Original is made to a pre-ban absinthe recipe the flavour builds as you enjoy each sip. It’s certainly a lot more rounded (I’m not going to say smoother) than Bacardi Superior or “House” White Supermarket swill.
