The gin is a savoury Mediterranean style gin, from coriander, sea buckthorn and squid ink, a smooth full mouth feel from vanilla and a slight spice, pepper.One day we blended some of the Honey from our beehives with one of our 2-year aged rums, the result was an instant classic and the easiest recipe development of all time.
