With a new generation of highly-tuned, ultra-fast racers led by seemingly unbeatable rookie Jackson Storm (Hammer) dominating races, legendary speedster Lightning McQueen (Wilson) suddenly finds himself being muscled out of the sport he loves. He says that the next race is his last chance, something she wouldn't understand because she isn't a racer.
