Prerogative is definitely not a spicy enough scent to be considered spicy in my collection, however, it’s fantastic. I would choose to wear this before going into a casual day at work, because it is something that is a nice scent, but not too distracting. It smells like a party scent, it has a real element of fun to it, I could see a bunch of people wearing this to a Britney concert, all smelling perfectly delicious.

I love the fantasy collection, although i am open to new fragrances, and it didn't disappoint me the prerogative fragrance from britney spears! The fruity smell lingers a while, but eventually it fades and leaves a frothy, milky, creamy, woody latte smell (a latte without coffe, but with some type of woody aroma). If you do not update your preferences, we will assume that you are happy to receive amazing offers and news.If you want to wear a perfume that smells nice but isnt very noticeable, so that maybe only you know it is there, then this would be a good choice. Don’t get me wrong its pleasant but I honestly can’t smell any coffee or woods in this, just your usual sweet fruit floral britney juice. Even though it’s not a direct dupe to black opium for me, they are definitely the same scent profile and achieve the same vibe in my opinion.

It has put me off wearing again but when I'm brave enough to try it again, I hope it becomes another love! As many have mentioned below, Prerogative is very similar to Black Opium, carrying almost exactly the same seductive vanilla and coffee dry down. Black Opium always dries down to a very strong soapy scent on me, whereas Prerogative is less so, and is a bit smoother and sweeter too.I'll have to see how long this lasts, but so far just 5 minutes after applying, I would already say it's a bit of a lighter skin scent, and I sprayed quite a bit. I only wear it when we go down to the pool or beach, or if we take a walk or the park or as a after gym spray. I have noticed with the body spray that the scent is not that strong and seems to leave after a few hours. You do get other notes on opening but, to me, they dissipated rather quickly and were overpowered by the alcohol smell.

Now, I love my perfumes , esp britneys and nicki Minaj, not really a Minaj fan persay but her fragrances are killer.I own all of her scents with the exception of Rainbow Fantasy and that weird Fantasy flanker in the red bottle that no one can track down lol. It’s as if you took BS Fantasy and ironed out some of the “screechy” fruit notes (I love Fantasy, but this is smoother) then blended it with sugary coffee. Britney Spears launches the first unisex fragrance in her perfume collection under Revlon's license as an olfactory expression of individuality and authenticity, designed for all people who do not hesitate to be what they want to be. I feel that Britney should have used more neutral colours for the packaging rather than just throwing in pink and purple. Layering Prerogative with Demeter Espresso (the perfume oil version) works really well too, for a more pronounced coffee smell.
