If you can’t open the pump of your products, that’s because you don’t understand the principle behind it. I was not super impressed with the shampoo and conditioner. The scent grew on me and now I don’t even notice. I also don’t *love* it but I haven’t found a shampoo and conditioner I love yet, and this line is super affordable.

The pump gasket is friction fitted to the inside of the pump closure. It guides the bottle land area to prevent the leakage of the product. The shampoo was nice, and I immediately noticed a strong floral smell. It wasn’t a bad smell, but compounded with the steam of the shower it made it a bit strong compared to what I’m used to. It lathered up fine though, and left my hair feeling clean!
